Custom Materials and Specifications
We offer custom materials including SS316, SS304, stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy. Customers can choose the appropriate material based on their operating environment. For each material, we support surface treatments such as polishing, electroplating, or spraying to ensure products meet specific requirements for corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.
Custom Sizes and Processing
Standard product sizes are 2" (DN50), 3" (DN75), 3.5" (DN90), 4" (DN100), and 6" (DN150). If customers have specific size requirements, they can provide those requirements, and all custom sizes will be processed strictly according to customer drawings.
Custom Labels and Packaging
Customers can customize product labels according to their brand requirements. Label content includes company name, product model, instructions for use, and warning signs. For packaging, we support customized outer box printing and internal isolation packaging design. Packaging options include single-piece packaging and bulk packaging.
FAQ
Q: We can only provide samples. Is that okay?
A: Yes, after the contract between both parties is confirmed, our technical engineers will draw the drawings through reverse engineering, and then open the mold to make samples.
Q: What is your payment method for customized products?
A: After the contract between both parties is confirmed, the customer is required to pay 50% of the mold fee first. Approximately 35-45 days later, we will deliver the samples. Once the samples are confirmed, the customer must pay off the remaining 50% of the mold fee.
Before mass production, the customer is required to pay a 30% advance payment. The delivery time will be confirmed based on the order quantity. Before shipment, the customer must pay the remaining 70% of the payment.
In addition, for customized parts, our company only provides 2 free samples, and any additional samples will be charged.
